Rolleston Statue

The postcard like a photograph, singularly and collectively has the ability to record and describe a moment in time. The physical nature of this postcard shows me that at one time it may have been kept as a keepsake, perhaps in an album? This statue no longer stands as a result of the 22nd February earthquake in Christchurch.
